England have received powerful support from former Russia national coach Guus Hiddink in their demand for a total clean-up at FIFA.
Hiddink’s former employers, the Russian Football Federation, were handed the 2018 World Cup ahead of England by the Sepp Blatter’s FIFA executive committee.
But, amid the allegations of corruption within world football’s governing body, Hiddink supports the FA’s demands for a FIFA revolution.
Hiddink said: “FIFA must realise by now they have a problem with their image. The world’s governing football body has not come out of this unscathed. It is time for changes.”
